Ann'S Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh lean pork
    1 lb. cured pork
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 bell pepper, chopped fine
    1 egg
    3 slices crumbled bread
    1/2 c. milk
    1 bottle chili sauce
    brown sugar
    whipping cream
    mustard
Preparation
    Have butcher cut off all fat on pork and grind both together. Mix pork with onion, bell pepper, egg, bread and milk.
    Shape in loaf and place in loaf pan or casserole.
    Cover generously with brown sugar and bottle of chili sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Top with whipping cream and mustard to taste.
    Serves 6.
