Cheese Crackers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 c. butter
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cayenne or chili powder
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    In food processor, combine cheese and butter.
    In a separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
    Add to processor; process until just combined.
    Remove and form into 2 long, skinny rolls.
    Chill (up to several days).
    Cut into 1/4-inch slices; bake for 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle with chili powder.
    Makes 60.
