Dill Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1 Tbsp. oleo
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Sprinkle yeast over warm water.
Heat cottage cheese to lukewarm.
Combine in bowl with sugar, onion, oleo, dill, soda, egg and yeast mixture.
Add flour to form stiff dough.
Cover, let rise in warm place until double in size.
Punch dough down and put in well-greased loaf pan.
Let rise.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until golden brown around 40 to 50 minutes.
Optional:
Brush with oleo and sprinkle with salt.
Makes 1 loaf.
