Sweet Hot Mustard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. dry mustard
    1 c. cider vinegar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. honey
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix mustard and vinegar and let it stand overnight.
    Next morning, add eggs, honey and salt.
    Whip it with wire whisk.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    When it starts \"blurping\" remove from the heat.
    Let it get cold.
    Keep covered so doesn't form a crust.
    Stir in 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise (not salad dressing).
    Pour into jars and refrigerate.
    Keeps indefinitely.
