Crispy Baked Spud Halves - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. melted butter
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. crumbled dried basil or thyme leaves
a little pepper
Preparation

Scrub and dry baking potatoes. Cut in half lengthwise. Brush cut surface with a mixture of lemon and butter, then dip in a mixture of 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, basil or thyme and a little pepper. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes until tender and browned.
