Creamy Vegetable Medley(6 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed golden corn soup
1/2 c. milk
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen farm fresh mixture (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
4 stalks fresh broccoli, broken into flowerets
8 large fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 medium size green pepper, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 small head cauliflower, broken into flowerets
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 small onion, grated
2 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation

Mix sugar, mustard, salt, vinegar, oil, onion and poppy seed together.
Pour over vegetables.
Chill at least 3 hours.
