Poppy Seed Pound Cake Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. poppy seed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    2 eggs
    1 c. plain yogurt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine flour, poppy seed, salt and baking soda.
    In a large bowl, cream sugar and butter.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time, then beat in yogurt and vanilla until well blended. Stir in the flour mixture until moistened thoroughly.
    Spoon into greased muffin tins.
    Mixture will be very thick.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Cool for 5 minutes before serving. Makes 24 muffins.
