Potato Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium potato, peeled
dash of salt
1/2 lb. 10x sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
peanut butter
Preparation
-
Boil potato until well done; drain and mash.
Add vanilla, salt and 10x sugar.
Keep adding sugar until stiff enough to roll on sugared surface.
When rolled out, spread peanut butter over top.
Roll up like jelly roll and slice.
