Cornish Game Hens - cooking recipe
Ingredients

hens
white wine
3 to 4 chopped garlic cloves
1 Tbsp. fresh ginger root
coarse ground black pepper
1 can chicken stock
garlic powder or seasoned salt with rosemary and basil
Preparation

Rinse birds; rub with black pepper and garlic powder or seasoned salt with rosemary and basil.
Put 1/2 cloves and ginger in cavity of birds.
Place birds in rack inside iron skillet or heavy pan.
(I like birds crisp, so I cook them above sauce; Teflon rack is ideal.)
