Ingredients

venison, cut in strips
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
Tabasco sauce (about 12 to 16 drops)
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. onion powder
1 Tbsp. black pepper
1 tsp. red pepper
Preparation

Marinate venison in glass container 8 to 12 hours in refrigerator.
Drain and place in pan in 150\u00b0 oven for 12 hours. You can lay meat on a cookie sheet, but drain off liquid as needed.
(Be sure not to fill jar too full when marinating.)
Good to munch on while sitting in a tree stand all day waiting for that next deer.
