Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 large eggs
1 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. thinly sliced green apples
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix eggs and oil in large bowl.
Add sugar, flour, baking soda, salt, vanilla extract and cinnamon.
Mix by hand.
Add apples and nuts.
Grease 9 x 13-inch pan generously.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
