Greek Shrimp Fondue(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 to 5 green onions, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, chopped
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato puree
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
    1/3 c. white wine
    5 to 6 oz. Feta cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    salt and pepper
    1 lb. cooked shrimp
    1 lb. cooked scallops
    8 to 12 small cooked potatoes
Preparation
    Heat olive oil in a fondue pot.
    Add onions and garlic and saute until onions soften.
    Add tomato puree, white wine, oregano and red pepper flakes.
    Keep fondue pot at simmer.
    Add Feta cheese and cook until melted.
    Add parsley, salt and pepper. Serve hot, dipping seafood and small potatoes.
