Matt'S Dry Rub - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Combine spices and rub 2/3 on the fat side of brisket and 1/3 on bottom side before grilling.
