2 large baking potatoes
2 1/2 tsp. olive oil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Place potatoes, that have been peeled and cut into French fry-style slices, on lightly greased (Pam) cookie sheet.
Brush lightly with 1/3 of oil.
Bake for 5 minutes.
Brush with oil again and bake for 5 minutes.
Brush with remaining oil and bake for 5 more minutes, until crisp and tender. Sprinkle with salt, if desired.
