Chicken Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut up fryer
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 stick oleo, melted
    1 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Boil, debone and cut the fryer into bite-size pieces.
    In a bowl mix the next 5 ingredients well.
    Add chicken and stir well. Pour into a casserole dish.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Crush 1 stack of Ritz crackers and put on top of casserole.
    Bake 10 minutes longer or until brown.
    Freezes well!
