Cheddar Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of cayenne
dash of dry mustard
1 c. milk
1 c. (4 oz.) super brand sharp natural Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Melt margarine in saucepan over low heat.
Blend in flour and seasoning.
Add milk.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add cheese, stirring until melted.
Makes 1 1/3 cups.
