Pineapple Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. grated carrots
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift together in large bowl the first five ingredients.
Add next three ingredients and mix well.
Stir in carrots, pineapple and nuts.
Turn into a well-greased Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes in pan, turn onto rack to cool completely.
