Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 potatoes
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 sticks butter
8 oz. sour cream
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 chopped onion
salt and pepper
Ritz crackers
Preparation

Boil potatoes in jackets; cool and cube.
Mix remaining ingredients with mixer and pour over potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Take out and crumble crackers on top.
Bake another 5 minutes.
