Cheese Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) box Bisquick
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. sausage
    10 oz. sharp cheese, grated
Preparation
    Let grated cheese get to room temperature.
    Add sausage and mix together.
    When soft, work into Bisquick.
    Add a dash of garlic salt and a little red pepper for a spicier flavor, if desired.
    Roll mixture into balls and place in baking pan.
    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven that has been preheated.
    May be made ahead and frozen.
    Reheat long enough to heat through just before serving.
    Makes about 100 teaspoon size balls.
