Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans crescent rolls
    2 pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
    3/4 c. cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, green pepper and green onions
    1 pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Place crescent rolls on a baking sheet (do not pull apart). Brush with egg whites and bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
