Mock Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. lean chopped beef
1 head cabbage
1 jar Heinz chili sauce
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (16 oz.) can cranberry sauce
1/2 can sauerkraut, drained
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation

Prepare your own meatball recipe.
In large pot, add chili sauce, tomato sauce, cranberry and sugar.
Blend until soft.
Add meatballs.
Cook until meatballs are firm.
Stir gently. Cut cabbage into strips.
Place cabbage and sauerkraut on top.
Simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
