Fat-Free Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
4 egg whites
1 c. water
1/2 c. Karo light or dark corn syrup
confectioners sugar (optional)
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, cornstarch, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, using fork or wire whisk, mix egg whites, water and corn syrup. Add to flour mixture.
Stir until smooth. Pour into prepared pan (9-inch square or 6-cup muffin tin).
Bake in a
350\u00b0 oven 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
If desired, sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
