Corn And Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. bacon drippings
1 can kernel corn, drained
1/4 c. pimento, chopped
1/2 c. mushrooms, chopped
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. water
1 lb. cooked shrimp
salt and pepper
1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Saute pepper, celery and onion in bacon drippings.
Add corn, pimento and mushrooms.
Mix cornstarch and water and add to mixture to thicken.
Add shrimp.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Pour in greased casserole and sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
