Shoe Peg Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 cup grated sharp cheese
    1 can french style green beans
    1/2 cup celery, chopped
    1/2 pint sour cream
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can shoe peg corn
    Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Place in 9 x 13 casserole. Melt 1 stick margarine with 1 stack crushed Ritz crackers.
    Put on top of casserole.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
