Ma'S Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    3 c. warm water
    8 c. flour
Preparation
    In large bowl, stir yeast, sugar and salt.
    Add shortening, warm water and flour.
    Stir, then let rise for 2 hours in warm place.
    After they rise double, place on floured surface, knead, then make into rolls.
    Put into pans.
    Let rise double again, about 2 hours.
    Place in oven at 400\u00b0 until brown.
    Yield: 30 rolls.
