Company Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. soft butter
    3/4 c. milk
    3 c. instant mashed potato flakes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream cheese
    1 onion, minced
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. dried parsley
    1/4 c. dried chives
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    With an electric mixer, combine water, salt, butter, milk, potato flakes, cream cheese, sour cream, onion, egg, parsley and dried chives. Mix well.
    Fold in Cheddar cheese.
    Turn mixture into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
