Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. corn oil
    1/2 c. ground beef
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic
    5 c. meatless spaghetti sauce
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    2 (15 oz.) containers Ricotta cheese
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese, grated
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    16 oz. box lasagne noodles, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Brown meat in oil in saucepan; add garlic and onion.
    Saute until meat is no longer pink, approximately 10 minutes.
    Add spaghetti sauce and parsley; cook 15 to 20 minutes.
    In medium bowl, combine Ricotta, Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese.
    Spread 1 cup meat sauce in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Layer 1/4 of noodles and 1/3 of meat sauce; repeat 2 times.
    Top with cheese and meat sauce.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
