Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 medium bananas, mashed
1 tsp. butter flavoring
1 c. chopped nuts
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Grease and flour Bundt pan.
Mix all ingredients by hand; do not beat too much, just until all ingredients are moist.
Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Let cool in pan 1 hour.
