Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 (17 oz.) can corn with liquid
1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
8 1/2 oz. Jiffy cornbread mix
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sour cream
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
chopped onion to taste (optional)
Preparation

Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Add corn and cornbread mix; gently mix with fork.
Add eggs; mix with fork. Drop sour cream by tablespoons in different areas on top of corn mixture.
Fold in gently.
Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes, until mixture is firm.
Let cool slightly before cutting into squares.
Also good served at room temperature.
