Avocado Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 avocados, peeled
    2 cooked chicken breasts, chopped, or 1 can chuck chicken
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    10 slices bread with crusts cut away
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mash avocados; add salt, pepper, lemon juice, chicken and mayonnaise.
    Blend with fork.
    Can also be done in blender or food processor.
    Spread on bread halves.
    Can also use tortilla chips, crackers or toasted bread.
