Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    1/2 c. white syrup
    2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    6 to 7 qt. popcorn
Preparation
    Mix first three ingredients (butter, syrup and sugar).
    Bring to a boil in pan for 6 minutes.
    Take off heat.
    Pour salt, soda and cream of tartar in at same time.
    Stir until foamy.
    Pour over popcorn.
    Mix and spread on cookie sheet or roast pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 200\u00b0.
    Stir occasionally.
    Pour out on brown paper bag. Let cool.
    Put in airtight container.
