Ingredients

1/4 c. sugar
1/8 c. water
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 c. vinegar
1 can beets
Preparation

In saucepan mix cornstarch and sugar.
Add vinegar and water. Boil 5 minutes, stirring with a wooden spoon.
Add beets and simmer until beets are hot.
Add butter and stir.
