Cheese Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 slices bread
    1 stick margarine
    3/4 lb. sharp cheese
    2 c. sweet milk
    3 eggs, separated
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    dash of salt and black pepper
Preparation
    Trim bread and dice.
    Put in glass dish and pour melted butter over.
    Add cheese and stir.
    Mix other ingredients together and pour over bread.
    Stir lightly.
    Beat egg whites and pat on top. Cook at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 (ovens vary) until brown on top.
