Peanut Butter Gems - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. crunchy peanut butter
    1 pkg. graham crackers, made into crumbs
    1 c. melted butter
    2 3/4 c. powdered sugar
    1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix in bowl peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and powdered sugar until blended together.
    Melt the chocolate chips, then use a cookie sheet and spread the peanut butter mixture out on the cookie sheet.
    Pour melted chocolate chips on top and spread over mixture.
    Put in freezer for at least 3 hours, then use a knife to cut into pieces.
    Always serve cold. If they get warm, they become mushy and not as good.
    So always keep in freezer until ready to serve.
