Holland Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. diced, cooked beef or veal
    1 large apple, peeled and diced
    1 large sour pickle, minced
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients.
    Combine oil, vinegar and mayonnaise. Add to meat mixture; mix well.
    Garnish with mayonnaise, sliced, hard-cooked eggs and shredded pickled beets.
    Makes 4 servings.
