Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 medium onion
    1 c. flavored bread crumbs
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. or can crabmeat
    1 egg
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 c. or 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. oregano
    dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Remove stems from mushrooms; wash and set caps aside.
    Chop stems and saute in butter.
    Add onion and saute until browned.
    In a bowl, mix the mushroom-onion mixture and all remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
    Spoon into mushroom caps, mounding slightly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
