Macaroni-Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 Tbsp. (heaping) flour
    3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (9 oz.) can tuna, flaked
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 Velveeta cheese, sliced
    3 c. elbow macaroni, cooked
    cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Blend butter and flour in saucepan.
    Add milk gradually, stirring constantly.
    Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
    Add seasonings and next 3 ingredients.
    Cook over low heat until cheese melts.
    Place macaroni in casserole.
    Pour creamed tuna over top; mix well.
    Sprinkle cracker crumbs over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, or until lightly browned.
