Gingernuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. oleo
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. molasses
3 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
3 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Cream together oleo and sugar.
Stir in eggs, vinegar and molasses.
Sift dry ingredients and add to first mixture.
Mix all together well and shape into small balls about the size of small walnuts.
(Use flour on fingertips.)
Bake on greased cookie sheet 10-12 minutes at 325\u00b0 or 350\u00b0 oven.
Makes 5 dozen, plus.
