English Toffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 lb. butter (2 sticks)
    3 tsp. water
    Hershey chocolate bars
    chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation
    Cook first three ingredients until turning brown in color, about 12 to 15 minutes, over medium heat.
    Pour in buttered 8 x 8 pan.
    Place Hershey chocolate bars over top of mixture until melted and spread evenly.
    Sprinkle with chopped walnuts or pecans.
