Kraut Pork Pinwheel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground pork
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 lb. can sauerkraut, drained and chopped
    1/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Combine
    ground
    pork, bread crumbs, eggs, salt, pepper and Worcestershire
    sauce and mix thoroughly.
    Pat mixture on waxed paper to 10 x 7-inch rectangle.
    Top with sauerkraut and onion. Spread
    evenly
    and roll up jelly roll fashion.
    Place loaf
    in shallow
    baking dish and arrange bacon slices across top.
    Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
