Hot Dog Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 pkg. French's chili seasoning mix
2 c. V-8 juice
enough water to cover beef

Preparation

Brown beef and drain.
Sprinkle chili powder and seasoning mix.
Stir.
Add V-8 juice and water; simmer 1 1/2 hours.
