Ingredients

2 qt. homogenized milk
3 c. mashed very ripe peaches
1/2 pt. coffee cream
1 can Eagle Brand milk
3 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix Eagle Brand milk, coffee cream and homogenized milk with 2 cups sugar.
Mix 1 cup sugar with mashed peaches.
Pour milk mixture into gallon freezer can.
Freeze until mixture is partially frozen. Add peaches, then complete the freezing process. Remove dasher.
Pack ice cream firmly in freezer can.
Store in freezer to ripen.
