Lite Chocolate Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
2 Tbsp. strong coffee
2 Tbsp. Kahlua
1 tsp. Amaretto
1/3 c. fine sugar

Preparation

Put chocolate and coffee in small pot over low heat until chocolate is almost melted.
Remove from heat and stir until smooth.
Add Kahlua and Amaretto.
