Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sliced toasted almonds
    2 Tbsp chopped onion
    1 4 oz. can mushroom stems and pieces
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    2 c. diced cooked chicken
    1/2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except chips. Toss. Put in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole or 8 x 12 inch glass pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with chips and bake 15 minutes longer.
