Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. hot water
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 drop yellow food coloring (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0. Bake for 10 minutes, then down to 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Simple but good.
    Makes one 9-inch pie.
