Pear Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can pear halves, drained
4 lettuce leaves
4 Tbsp. mint jelly
mayonnaise
4 cherries
Preparation

Place pear halves on lettuce.
Fill centers with mint jelly. Top with 1/4 teaspoon mayonnaise and a cherry.
Yields 4 servings.
