Ingredients

2 c. mashed, ripe bananas (about 5 medium sized)
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1/3 c. orange juice
2 cans evaporated milk (14 1/2 oz. each)
3 Tbsp. lime juice
Preparation

Wash and chill container and dash for 3 or 4-quart ice cream freezer.
Combine bananas, sugar, orange and lemon peels and lemon and lime juices.
Blend thoroughly.
Set aside for 10 minutes.
