My Italian Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. Ricotta cheese
    12 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 small jugs rum or brandy
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar, rum or brandy and vanilla together until creamy, then add the Ricotta cheese, a little at a time.
    This you use creamy and not beating until all is creamy.
    Butter a lasagna pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until golden brown.
    Cool and put in refrigerator.
