Sweet And Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. stock or 1 c. water and 1 bouillon cube
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 c. sugar (heaping)
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 large bell pepper
    1 (No. 2) can pineapple chunks (save juice)
Preparation
    Mix together ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, salt and pepper.
    Form into walnut size balls. Bake on cookie sheet in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
