Banana-Pineapple Pudding Pops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 ripe banana
    1 (20 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple chunks with liquid
    1 c. lemon flavored nonfat yogurt
    1 (0.9 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding (sugar-free)
Preparation
    Mix banana, pineapple and yogurt in blender for about 30 seconds or until smooth.
    Gradually add the powdered instant vanilla pudding; blend well.
    Freeze in freezer pop containers or small paper cups.
    Makes about 8 servings.
